There is a saying “you are what you eat”. Is that true? How can a person keep a healthy diet? There are plenty of diners and cafes everywhere, and lots of people prefer fast food to cooking at home.

Why is that? Obviously, many people don’t have time for cooking or simply don’t like it. Also fast food is pretty cheap and you can find in literally at every corner. And, finally, a lot of people just like it and find it delicious.

But there is a seamy side to everything. Fast food is fatty and contains plenty of carbs, so you can put a lot of weight. Fats don’t make any good to your heart as well. Fast food is often fried, so it can trigger gastritis and some other health issues.

Food is important, but we have to choose wisely and eat healthy food that is both nutritious and tasty, but doesn’t have bad effect on our health.
